Lovely little Japanese restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the waiter spoke very good English. We had miso soup, vegetable tempura and a mixed sashimi nigiri sushi 🍣 and roll platter.
The waiter was so happy to hear that we enjoyed the meal as my wife is from Japan. Everything was very fresh, properly done and well presented. As good a sushi as I've had in Japan or in my home of Vancouver BC. Also the incredible Italian wine by the glass for just 4 euros 💶 each was a bonus.

It's not "all you can eat". Here the sushi is at a gourmet level and this is also reflected in the price, which is in any case adequate for the high quality offered. The sushi are all revisited in the Italian style and the combinations of ingredients and flavors are refined and well researched.
The service is kind, friendly and above all fast considering the amount of orders and the fact that the place was full.
In terms of atmosphere, we're there, but I found it a little too dark: the right balance between light and shadow should have been sought here too. Maybe some lamps. For the rest everything was clean and pleasant.
There are no problems parking the car outside.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and the staff is courteous, which contributes to an enjoyable experience. Prices are consistent with the quality of food and service. Takeaway is also well taken care of.
As soon as we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted with a kindness and professionalism to be admired, the suggestions received in choosing the rolls were spot on. The quality of the raw materials is undisputed, the service is quick and impeccable, the care in the way in which the cutlery was handed out was the flagship.
You can already see from the menu the refinement of the combinations and local products combined with Japanese cuisine.
An experience to absolutely repeat.
The bill was also lower than expected.
